Shipping Policy

1. Carriers & Packing

We use UPS and FedEx for high‑priority shipping. Perishable items are vacuum‑sealed, frozen, and shipped with frozen Gel Packs. We select shipping services intended for delivery within' 1-2 business days. 

2. Ground Shipping Costs

Ground shipping is charged at a flat rate of $35.00. Free ground shipping is available to eligible orders that are $249 or more.

3. Shipping Protection (Optional)

Optional shipping protection is available through ShipInsure for 2% of your orders value. Coverage is subject to ShipInsure's terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. If shipping protection is declined, Liberty Harvest Collection is not responsible for shipping related issues beyond our control. 

4. Delivery Schedule

Perishable orders ship Monday–Thursday only to avoid weekend delays.

5. No PO Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
