Shipping Policy

1. Carriers & Packing

We use UPS and FedEx for high‑priority shipping, and USPS for non‑perishables. Perishable items are vacuum‑sealed, frozen, and shipped with dry ice to ensure delivery within 2–3 days.

2. Ground Shipping Zones & Costs

• Free ground shipping on orders over $249.
• Orders between $149–$249: $15 shipping fee.
• Orders under $149: $20 surcharge for packaging.
• Outside the 2‑day ground shipping zone, express rates apply based on distance and weight.

3. Shipping Protection (Optional)

Optional protection (~3% of order) via ShipInsure. Covers loss, delays, and spoilage. Without protection, Liberty Harvest is not liable for issues beyond our control.

4. Delivery Schedule

Perishable orders ship Monday–Thursday only to avoid weekend delays.

5. No PO Box Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for all deliveries.
